Your assigned programs and students
Teachers see the programs an administrator assigned to them and the students enrolled in those programs.

An administrator assigns programs to you when they invite you, or later from People. Programs lists only those programs, and Students, Attendance and Progress show only their students. A program you are not assigned to is not visible at all.
Students
Students is the directory. Search by student or guardian name with Search students or guardians, choose a program from the All programs dropdown, and use Columns to show or hide Guardian, Program and Lesson. Sort by clicking the Student or Lesson column heading.
Click a student to open their record, or use the row menu for View progress. Export downloads students.csv with every student you have access to, their program, guardian and current lesson. Search, program filters and hidden columns do not limit the export.
Programs
Each program row shows its name, description and student count. The row menu offers View details, Attendance and Progress, which open those pages already filtered to the program. Creating or editing programs is an administrator task.
