I can't sign in
The code did not arrive, the code is wrong, or sign-in stops with a message.
The code never arrives
Check spam and promotions folders and wait a minute. Then choose Resend code; it becomes available 30 seconds after each send. Make sure the address is the one the school invited: a code for a different address will not give you school access.
The code is rejected
Codes expire after a short time and each Resend code invalidates the previous one. Use the newest email. If you pasted the code, check that all six boxes filled correctly.
It says my account needs another verification step
The message Your account needs another verification step. Contact your school administrator for help. means your sign-in profile requires attention that the workspace cannot complete. Contact your school office.
It says sign-in could not be completed
We couldn't complete sign-in. Check your connection and try again. is a connection problem between your browser and the sign-in service. Reload the page and try again.
I signed in but see This account has no school access
You signed in with an address that has no account at the school, or your access was revoked. See This account has no school access.
The page says Workspace unavailable
The workspace has not been configured for the address you opened. Use the school's official link. If it persists, tell the office.
