Sign in with an email code

Signing in takes two steps: your email address, then a code that arrives in your inbox. Use the email address the school invited. A different address will not have school access even if the code works.

Steps

1. Open the sign-in page at /login. From the school website, use the Login link.
2. Under Sign in to Suffah, enter your email in Email address and choose Send sign-in code.
3. Check your inbox for a six-digit code. The page now says Verify it is you and shows six boxes.
4. Type the code, or paste the whole code and it fills every box. When the sixth digit is entered the page checks it automatically. You can also choose Verify and continue.
5. You land on Today, with the schedule and actions available to your role.

If the code did not arrive

• Wait a moment and check spam or promotions folders. The email comes from the school's sign-in provider.
• Choose Resend code. It is available again 30 seconds after each send and shows a countdown until then.
• If you typed the wrong address, choose Change email to go back to the first step.

Need access?

Sign-in only works for people the school has invited. If you have never received an invitation, contact your school office. Use the contact address your school provided. Once you have access, the workspace shows the contact details configured by your school.
