Search, inbox and daily tasks

Find records and actions

Choose Search in the sidebar or press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows). Type a student, program, calendar entry, help topic or action such as Take attendance. Use the arrow keys and Enter to open a result. Escape closes search. Results follow your current access.

When you return from a student record, the app keeps your program filter, search and list position during the current signed-in session.

Read school updates

Open Inbox for announcements and calendar changes. Select an update to read it. Use Unread, Mark unread or Mark all read to manage your list. Use Older updates to browse earlier messages and Latest updates to return. Unread counts and Mark all read include older pages. Your read status is private to your account. When school email delivery is available, Preferences lets you turn email updates on or off. Updates always remain available in your inbox.

Finish school setup

Administrators see Set up your school on Today until terms, timetables, teachers, students and guardian links are complete. Each unfinished step opens its form or page. Needs attention also highlights missing timetables, unlinked students and invitations needing follow-up. Teachers see attendance tasks for their assigned programs.
