This account has no school access
What the no-access screen means and how to get back in.

After sign-in the workspace checks that your email address has an active account at the school. If it does not, you see This account has no school access with the explanation Access to your school workspace is by invitation only.
Common causes
| Cause | Fix |
|---|---|
| You signed in with a different email address than the one invited. | Choose Sign out, then sign in with the invited address. |
| You have an invitation but have not accepted it yet. | Open the link in your invitation email. Signing in alone does not create school access. |
| The school revoked your access. | Contact your school office. An administrator can restore access from People. |
| The school just added your access and the page is stale. | Choose Check again. |
