Read the audit log
Every change to school records with who made it, before and after values, newest first.

Audit log records every change to programs, students, attendance, lessons, accounts, family links and invitations. Entries are written by the school's database as each change happens and attributed to the signed-in person, so they cannot be edited or skipped.
Reading an entry
Each row shows the record's name, its module and who made the change, for example Programs · Umme Adeena, the action (Created, Updated, Deleted or Restored) and when. Open the row to see Before and After, the record's values on each side of the change.
Filtering
- Search student or program narrows by name.
- All modules limits to Programs, Students, Attendance, Progress, People, Families or Invitations.
- All users limits to one person. Changes made directly in the database by the school's technical administrator show as Database administrator.
- The tabs All, Created, Updated, Deleted and Restored filter by action.
